TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. By calling or texting our business number (800)-894-0459 you are choosing to opted-in, where you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include reminders, ETA status updates, offers, coupons, or other information. Messages can also be sent to us with any questions, concerns, or changes you may have. 

  2. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply surveying a reason for your end of your subscription and how we can better our services (Survey is optional). This will confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  3. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us HERE.

  4. Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive seasonal promotional and coupons. All other received messages will relate to your service and the frequency of service. We make sure to respect our customers and keep messaging to a minimum unless the message comes from our customers to provide help in anyway. 

  6. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

  7. In calling or texting our business phone number, you agree to the terms and policies laid out within this agreement. 

PRIVACY POLICY

All communications received and sent are kept between One Solution Care and the customer. We do NOT release your information to anyone and it will not be posted anywhere at any given time. We are here to serve you and respect your time and privacy.
